Bill Rozzi and friends from Tampa, Florida didn’t pay much attention to all the hype about the oil ending up in the Florida Keys and spent three straight days filling boxes full of Dolphin.  We figure it is just like hurricanes, this spill will give the media something to keep you glued to your TV set and not get out and actually live life…  Go to Key West and catch a fish!
